Online & In-Store Purchases
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving the purchase.
Original copy of the Frends Beauty receipt/invoice must be present at the time of return/exchange. No exceptions.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any items if products and/or packaging are used, swatched, damaged, and/or tampered with in any way. Final sale items are also ineligible for return or exchange. A list of Final Sale items can be found below.
Refunds are only applied to your original method of payment. No exceptions.
Online Purchases Only
We require images of damaged or incorrect products, and in many cases require the items shipped back to us. Please contact us regarding any issues before disposing of any damaged or incorrect products.
Unacceptable returns sent back to Frends Beauty will not be eligible for return nor exchange. The customer will be responsible for the “round-trip” freight charges if they would like the returned item(s) shipped back to them.
Shipping costs are only refunded if an error was made on the behalf of Frends Beauty.
All return/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase being received. Only purchases made through www.frendsbeauty.com or Frends Beauty retail store will be accepted. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers/websites. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the purchase to be eligible for a claim.
International buyers please note: We are unable to generate international return labels, or call tags, as international airway bills must be created by the shipper, or shipper's agent within that country. If you would like to return an international order you will be responsible for all shipping expenses. Should there be an issue with your order, and you would not like to cover shipping expenses, we reserve the right to offer a refund for damaged items at our discretion. The following items are not eligible to be returned/exchanged under any circumstances. Exceptions can be made for any of the below listed items if they come sealed from the manufacturer, and the seal has not been removed or tampered with.

Adhesives, thinners, activators, removers, silicone kits, foam kits, blood, eye drops, dentures, alginate, plaster/stone, Pax Paint, bald caps, alcohol based liquid makeup, liquid solvents
Frends Beauty does not have insight to any Custom’s Import, Tax, Fees, and/or Duty’s around the world. All customers that purchase from Frends Beauty store, website, or sales team, and are shipping outside of the United States, are responsible for all and any of the “Import” costs associated with their purchase.
We are neither eligible nor capable to provide quotes for Import costs, as they may change daily from country to country. These are fees that are handled by the Customs Department within any given country, and will be generated at the time of entry.
All “International Shipping Quotes” that Frends Beauty discloses are based on strictly freight charges. We do not cover, nor disclose, Customs/Import fees under any circumstances.
