Details: Soft, smooth and easy to apply, this pencil is specifically adaptedto the sensitive and thin skin surrounding and inside the eye. Itsformula is a particularly gentle blend of vegetable lipids, vitamin E, mango seed oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil and jojoba oil to keep the skin around the eyes hydrated. Suitable for even the most sensitive eyes.
How To Apply: Apply directly to the lash line or inner rim of the eye. Blend with a smudge brush for a smoky effect.
