Hey everyone! We're deviating a bit from our standard Q&A intro here. Professional makeup artist Stephanie Cozart Burton, our friend, has had a career that includes so many cool shows from my childhood I kinda just wanted to sit back and let her talk. You will recognize her work on 80's and 90's sitcom staples like Out ff This World, The Facts of Life, Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, Living Single, and of course, In Living Color. She's got an amazing resume and she continues working on blockbusters to this day.
So without further adieu...here's Stephanie!
MODELROCK and internationally renowned makeup artist Roshar have teamed up to create a new way of looking at lashes. The two have joined forces to create the new Lash Art Line and it is not to be missed. Frends Beauty is excited to offer these beautiful new products in our store and online.
We sat down with our friend, Erica Carr, to chat a bit about her career, her kit, and the must-have products she needs to do the job right. For more than 20 years, Erica has been a professional hair and makeup artist; working on film, television shows, commercials, magazine shoots, and bridal makeup at over 1,000 weddings. In addition to this, she travels the world partnering with other hair and makeup professionals to teach seminars to local artists. If you want to learn more about her classes, you can check them out at www.ericacarrclasses.com.
Let's be honest: when it comes to makeup, brushes, sponges, and other beauty tools, we could all level up our cleaning game. Unfortunately, it can be challenging to find the time, motivation, or even proper techniques. Makeup artists have the advantage here, as keeping the tools of their trade squeaky clean for clients is a must for their business. However, when it comes to our personal products, which often seem safely hidden away in the bathroom, it can be tempting to put off this important step for all beauty routines.

We asked our friend, Elley (@beauty_by_elley), to give our readers a run through. Elley is a makeup enthusiast and uses these tools on herself. With her simple words of wisdom, you can finally banish those pesky excuses and give your blender the cleaning it deserves.
